We have been tracking Tropical Storm Cindy the last couple days. After much consideration for you, the racers and the fans, the Ladies Only Drag Race at Memphis is cancelled.
Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. We can control a lot of things in life, but we just cannot control Mother Nature.

Car Chix returns to Memphis with the Car Chix Ladies Only Drag Race Class! The Car Chix Ladies Only Drag Race Class will run during the Door Wars Pro Mod Shootout!  Details listed below!  See you at Memphis International Raceway!

8th Mile Bracket Drag Race – Regular Tree
Open to all women racers – from beginner to pro!
2 CLASSES:
Car Chix Pro – 7.39 & Quicker
Car Chix Street 7.40 & Slower
** RULES **
1. Vehicle must pass Tech
2. NO BOXES (if vehicle has box, it must be covered & not used when racing in the Car Chix Class)
** FEES **
– Gate Fee – $20 Weekend Pass
– Ladies Only Race Fee – $40 * To be paid at the Car Chix Tent when registering for Car Chix Class
** PAYOUTS & AWARDS **
Payouts based on car count — please see payout sheet
– $CASH$ & Trophies to 1st & 2nd Place Racers
– Awards for: Best Burnout, Hottest Ride, Fastest MPH, Best Reaction Time

** SCHEDULE **
SATURDAY – QUALIFYING & ELIMINATIONS
– Drivers Meeting at Car Chix Booth – Discuss run order, awards & answer any questions
– 2 rounds of qualifying
– Eliminations to follow – run until we’re done!
