Elena Myers not only races, but she also a writer and now, team owner. Her mother comes with her everywhere while she hauls her equipment. It all started when Elena was 8 and raced mini bikes, then started to race go-karts which lead to motorcycles and going pro at the age of 16. Elena also recently became a new team owner last year when she changed from 600cc bikes to 1000cc bikes. After the change she qualified for sports premiere series and got a sponsorship by McGraw Powersports.
Elena is viewed as the most successful rider in the history of motorcycle racing. She was the 1st female to win an AMA Pro Road Racing Sprint Race in 2010. Then in the year of 2012 at Daytona Speedway, Elena became the 1st female to ever win a professional motorsports race at that particular race track. On June 12-14 in the year of 2015 she competed in the MotoAmerica Superbike Challenge where the average speed is about 150-160 mph. Elena plans to continue to race and write her reviews while managing her new team.
