The greatest online event for women in motorsports is upon us! The Car Chix Annual Women of Motorsports Contest! Ladies – ARE YOU READY?!
The Car Chix Women of Motorsports Contest is an annual online contest that Car Chix holds to celebrate women in motorsports and the automotive industry. This incredible online event is designed to inspire, encourage and recognize women that are involved and/or interested in motorsports and the automotive industry from all walks of life.
Contest Starts: Sunday, September 28th
Contest Ends: Saturday, October 11th *The contest ends on the midnight of Contest End Date*
So get your cameras out and shoot a photo that highlights you and your vehicle of choice! This contest is not about clicking the best photo, but about celebrating and supporting the Women of Motorsports! Open to ALL WOMEN with ANY type of Vehicle including, but not limited to: bikes, cars, trucks, dragsters, boats, whatever – if it has a motor – you’re in!
PRIZES:
– Top 12 Ladies with the most “LIKES” will receive an exclusive invite to be featured in the Official 2015 Car Chix Calendar
– Top 3 Photos with the most “LIKES” will be considered for the Official Car Chix Facebook Fanpage Cover Photo
– The Photo with the most “LIKES” will receive a $25 gift card to Victoria’s Secret & The Ultimate Car Chix Gear Package!
Winners will be selected based on how many people *LIKE* an uploaded photo in the ’2014 Women of Motorsports Contest’ Album on the Official Car Chix Facebook Page.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Private Message Car Chix on the Car Chix Fanpage or Email your entry to us at: jeanette@carchix.com
2. Once we have received and reviewed your photo, it will then be added to the ’2014 Women of Motorsports Contest’ Photo Album
3. Once placed in the album by our staff, let the voting begin! *ONLY “LIKES” ON THE IMAGE IN THE DEDICATED ALBUM WILL BE COUNTED*
RULES:
1. Ladies Only
2. Photo submitted must be FAMILY FRIENDLY! This is NOT a bikini contest. * Rule of thumb: If you would not show your Grandmother or your Children the photo; it probably is not appropriate.
3. Photo must be of YOURSELF! Do NOT GOOGLE a photo and submit it – you will be DQ’ed. You cannot submit a photo of your friend, wife, or children. The actually person(s) in the photo must submit it themselves.
4. Photo must contain a vehicle; does NOT have to be YOUR vehicle.
5. The person submitting the photo must be physically seen in the photo — in the vehicle or next to it — even if it is just your eyes and the helmet, we must be able to see the woman or it will not be considered.
** ONLY 3 ENTRIES ALLOWED PER WOMAN ** SO CHOSE YOUR BEST!
– All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and/or they must have specific permission and give credit to the photographer.
– Any photos submitted prior to the start of contest will not be upload until the contest has begun.
– When sending in your photos, please include your name, make & model, city & state and photographer credits if applicable.
– Any photos in violation of the rules above will not be accept.
