The greatest online event for women in motorsports is upon us! The Car Chix Annual Women of Motorsports Contest! Ladies – ARE YOU READY?!
The Car Chix Women of Motorsports Contest is an annual online Car Chix Contest that celebrates the women in motorsports and the automotive industry. This online event is designed to inspire, encourage and recognize women that are involved and/or interested in motorsports and the automotive industry – world-wide!
Contest Starts: Saturday, September 12th
Contest Ends: Saturday, September 19th *The contest ends on the midnight of Contest End Date*
Get your cameras out and shoot a photo that highlights you and your vehicle of choice! This contest is not about clicking the best photo, but about celebrating and supporting the Women of Motorsports! Open to ALL WOMEN with ANY type of Vehicle including, but not limited to: bikes, cars, trucks, dragsters, boats, whatever – if it has a motor – you’re in!
PRIZES:
– Top 12 Ladies with the most “LIKES” will receive an exclusive invite to be featured in the Official 2016 Car Chix Calendar and will be featured every month throughout 2016.
– Top 12 women will all receive a copy of the Official 2016 Calendar and official Car Chix Stickers.
– The Photo with the most “LIKES” will receive a $25 VISA Gift Card & The Ultimate Car Chix Gear Package and be named the Official 2015 Women of Motorsports!
Winners are selected based on how many people *LIKE* the contestants photo entry in the official ’2015 Women of Motorsports Contest’ Album on the Official Car Chix Facebook Page.
HOW TO ENTER:
1. Submit your entry for the Women of Motorsports Contest by filling out the Entry Form Below!
2. Once we have received and reviewed your entry, it will then be added to the ’2015 Women of Motorsports Contest’ Photo Album on the Car Chix Facebook Page.
3. Once placed in the album by our staff, let the voting begin! *ONLY “LIKES” ON THE IMAGE IN THE DEDICATED ALBUM WILL BE COUNTED*
RULES:
1. Ladies Only
2. Photo submitted must be FAMILY FRIENDLY! This is NOT a bikini contest. * Rule of thumb: If you would not show your Grandmother or your Children the photo; it probably is not appropriate.
3. Photo must be of YOURSELF! Do NOT GOOGLE a photo and submit it – you will be DQ’ed. You cannot submit a photo of your friend, wife, or children. The actual person(s) in the photo must submit it themselves.
4. Photo must contain a vehicle; does NOT have to be YOUR vehicle.
5. The person submitting the photo must be physically seen in the photo — in the vehicle or next to it — even if it is just your eyes and the helmet, we must be able to see the woman or it will not be considered.
** ONLY 1 ENTRY ALLOWED PER WOMAN ** SO MAKE IT COUNT! Once submitted, contestants will not be allowed to substitute.
– All images submitted must be the work of the individual submitting them and/or they must have permission and give credit to the photographer.
– Any photos submitted prior to the start of contest will not be uploaded until the contest has begun.
– Contestants that make it into the top 12 must be able to provide a quality photo(s) that is print quality for the calendar. Any contestants that supply photos from photographers, must have and be able to provide the approval of the photographer to have their image used in the Car Chix Calendar. If unable to provide required items, the spot will be given to the next highest ranked contestant.
– Any photos in violation of the official contest rules will not be accepted.
