Female racer, Chesea Angelo, has broke the fastest lap record at Phillip Island Raceway this past weekend. The 16 year old Victorian female beat the 2007 record by 1.6 seconds!
This was her 4th time competing in the Formula Ford Competition. Chesea had a podium finish during the first race of round 2 during the Victorian Formula Ford Championship. She placed 2nd in the competition, only two tenths behind the 1st place winner.
