Bryony King is a 16 year old who is a Formula Kart racer. She will be racing this year at the Formula One-backed Formula Kart Starts (FKS) Series. Bryony has a mentor this season named Alice Powell. Last year in 2014, Bryony was selected for the Arden-back Young Racing Driver Academy, also known as the YRDA. She was seen to have potential as a female in a sport common mostly to males.

Along with being accepted into YRDA last year, Bryony also competed in many races, 2 main ones. She partook in the Mini Max and the Junior X30 last year. She also received the Kimbolton Kart Club Vice- Champion. Plus, she won 2nd place in the British Women’s Racing Drivers Club Kart Championship. Bryony also won 3rd place in the Junior X30 Trent Valley Kart Club Winter Series Championship.
