Car Chix Competing in OSCA North vs South Race at Beech Bend Raceway

The Outlaw Street Car Association (OSCA) North vs. South Race is happening now!  This event is taking place at Beechbend Raceway Park in Bowling Green Kentucky!  Amongst racers from across the country are a number of the Car Chix!  They are ready to bring it home!

Long time Car Chix Member, Natalie Sorak, is down at Beechbend Raceway Park with her 1991 Chevy powered Mustang, competing in the 6.50 Index Class.  Natalie is Ms. April in the 2015 Car Chix Calendar and just earned her spot as Ms. April in the 2016 Car Chix Calendar after competing against 440 other women world-wide in the Car Chix Women of Motorsports Contest several weeks ago.  In addition, Natalie has had an impressive season! She claimed 2- #1 qualifier positions; one at Byron Dragway and another at the Ohio Prize Fight.  She also had 2 runner-up finishes this year – 1 at the Car Chix Ladies Only Drag Race in June and again, during the Midwest Index Shootout Series at Byron Dragway.  Natalie also hit a personal best 1/4 mile ET of 9.90 @ 134.65 mph (6.28 @ 108.90 to the 1/8th) earlier this year.

Presley Wilkerson, one of Car Chix newest members, is competing in the 7.50 Class during OSCA North vs. South Race with her 1970 Ford Falcon.  Presley also had a top 12 finish in the Car Chix Women of Motorsports Contest a few weeks ago and will be featured in the upcoming 2016 Car Chix Calendar as Ms. February.  She is an official OSCA Member and earned a semi-final finish at the Ohio Valley Prize Fight and a runner up finish in 7.50 Ohio Valley Outlaw Race earlier this year.

Tabitha Sizemore, another one of the newest additions to the Car Chix Family, will be on the media end of things this weekend — capturing all of your picture perfect moments and providing coverage for the event.  Tabitha has some amazing talents!  She owner of Tabitha Sizemore Photography and is behind the #TeamTabitha Drag Racing Coloring Books!  These are pretty cool.  Be sure to check them out at the Team Tabitha Store!
