Cordova International Raceway Sponsors Car Chix Calendar

Car Chix is proud to announce Cordova International Raceway as an official 2016 Car Chix Calendar Sponsor!  Car Chix and Cordova International Raceway have worked together over the years to bring you one of Car Chix most popular events, the Drag Racing for Life Breast Cancer Fundraiser, held annually during the Cordova’s World Series of Drag Racing.  This past year, the breast cancer fundraiser brought in nearly $6,000 for the Genesis Center for Breast Health, Silvis Campus.
Cordova International Raceway is renowned motorsports facility located along the Mississippi River in Cordova, Illinois.  The quarter-mile track was one of the first purpose built dragstrips in the country, opening in 1956. Currently, Cordova plays host to over 100 events annually and is best known as the home of the World Series of Drag Racing, the oldest continually contested drag race in the country.  For more information, visit the Cordova International Raceway Website.
