HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS:

My dad introduced me to cars and drag racing when I was really young. From that point on we met many people who have helped, inspired and lead us in the right direction for building. I have learned everything I know from my dad and his closest buddies.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS:

I’ve been involved with cars and drag racing since I could walk to the shop. My dad and I were always building stuff and working on cars. Once I got a little older he started taking me to tracks which is where I fell in love.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS:

The few seconds I spend in my car going down the track, are completely filled with adrenaline. For those few seconds, I feel free and in control.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST CAR/RACING/MOTORSPORTS RELATED MEMORY:

When I was 17, my dad and I were at Kennedale Raceway to test his car. I thought a lot of people had showed up to watch him but it was really to watch him surprise me with my very own racecar. This began our journey with my 1997 Trans Am.

My worst constant memory of racing is waiting in line for hours on end to make a pass.

ADVICE TO OTHER WOMEN IN MOTORSPORTS OR WOMEN INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED IN MOTORSPORTS:

You just have to get out there and do it and not be scared. Passion and dedication will get you to where you want to be.
