ACCOMPLISHMENTS/ACHIEVEMENTS: 8th in points both of my years racing, and multiple wins

SEASON HIGHLIGHTS: First two feature wins, 2 heat race wins, Best Looking Car Award, and 8th place in points for the season.

FAVORITE QUOTE/SAYING: “Behind that helmet is a little girl who fell in love with a steering wheel and a gas pedal”

HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: My father was always into racing because of my grandfather and I started going to the races at 6 months old at my home track and have gone every Friday since.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: This past season was my second season ever racing, I never raced before I started racing stock cars.

WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: The thing I love most about the racing is the adrenaline rush that I get and when I am in the car it’s a time that I can clear my mind and just focus on what I love. Being at the track I love that everyone treats everyone like family and everyone is there to give a helping hand.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST CAR/RACING/MOTORSPORTS RELATED MEMORY: My favorite memory ever would probably be hugging my dad after my first feature win because me and my crew, especially my dad had worked so hard on making the car great all season and we had a lot of setbacks so to finally be able to say that we did it was an amazing feeling and seeing how proud my dad was made all the hard work worth it.

WHAT IS YOUR WORST CAR/RACING/MOTORSPORTS RELATED MEMORY: I don’t really have a worst memory because I think that even the bad things like crashing will help to make me a better driver/person.

WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR NEXT SEASON: For next season I want to be able to be the Fast Qualifier and carry my country’s flag for the national anthem, I would also like to be top 5 in point by the end of the season.

WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES FOR REACHING YOUR GOALS: One of the biggest challenges we have is that we don’t have a lot of sponsors and we area a very low budget team. So getting things for the car that we need to be able to be fast is a harder for our team.

ANY BIG MODS OR BUILDS GOING ON DURING THE OFF SEASON: This off season we will be rebuilding the body on the car and possibly rebuilding the motor.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER HOBBIES OR PASSIONS: I am really into photography, I love taking pictures of nature and racing.

WHAT ARE YOUR TOP SONGS FOR WHEN YOU ARE DOING CARS THINGS / RACING?: Any country song, we normally have 98.3 on the radio whenever we are working on the car.

IF YOU GOT A MILLION DOLLARS TOMORROW, WHAT WOULD YOU DO WITH IT?: I would definitely put some away for college and the after that I would want to buy my dad a new truck, buy a new racing trailer, and then use the rest for car parts.

ADVICE TO OTHER WOMEN IN MOTORSPORTS OR WOMEN INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED IN MOTORSPORTS: My advice would be to defiantly do not let the men intimidate you, they are going to push you around more because you are a woman but in the end the harder they race you the better of a racer you become. A good thing also to do is out yourself out there and talk to people, you can meet some amazing people from racing and you may also be able to get your name out there!

ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH THE CAR CHIX COMMUNITY: I am only 16 years old and just recently got my drivers license
