HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: I have been involved in racing since I was in the womb. My dad has been racing since he was 16, so I grew up at race tracks and around cars.
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN INVOLVED WITH AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: My entire life I have been involved. I started driving my own car in 2015.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT AUTOMOBILES/MOTORSPORTS: I love the thrill and the excitement, it’s therapeutic. I also love the time spent together with my family and my racing family.
WHAT IS YOUR BEST CAR/RACING/MOTORSPORTS RELATED MEMORY: At No Mercy 11, when I ran my 4.37 I was dancing on the big end, and the other racers were joining in and giving hugs all the way around. Seeing the smile on my parents face when they got to the big end to celebrate with me!!
WHAT IS YOUR WORST CAR/RACING/MOTORSPORTS RELATED MEMORY: When I wrecked my car in 2016, it took some time to get back in my car and situated.
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS FOR NEXT SEASON: To keep improving my personal best and continue to have fun and enjoy racing!
WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGES FOR REACHING YOUR GOALS: Honestly, the money. Some of the money teams spend on their programs is just crazy, I just do not have the funds to constantly throw money at my car. This is a just a side hobby that my family and I like to enjoy.
ANY BIG MODS OR BUILDS GOING ON DURING THE OFF SEASON: Changing my switch panel and taking some of the weight out of my car.

ADVICE TO OTHER WOMEN IN MOTORSPORTS OR WOMEN INTERESTED IN GETTING INVOLVED IN MOTORSPORTS: Do not let people’s views or opinions get you down. Women belong in this industry just as much as men. Just always have thick skin and let things go off your shoulder.
