Courtney Force is starting off the 2013 season with a bang! For the 3rd time in her career, Courtney Force earned the Number 1 Qualifier spot in Funny Car at the Winternationals at Pomona. With an ET of 4.036 seconds at 318.24 mph, she reminded her competition that Pomona is her home track!
Courtney Force commented how excited she was to be home racing at Force Family’s home track. “I’ve still got to focus and not get distracted by anything. It’s definitely exciting to have (sister) Brittany running (in Top Fuel). She is my best friend and really amazing to be living our passion and drive 300 mph race cars There are not a lot of families that can say that. It’s really unique to be doing it with my dad and family,” stated Courtney Force during a track side interview.
