Danica Patrick was named ”Favorite Female Athlete’ by the Nickelodeon’s 26th annual Kids’ Choice Awards! Danica Partick was given this award the nigh before the big Auto Club 400 that took place at the Auto Club Speedway in Fontana, California.
Danica Patrick won the award over Gabby Douglas, Olympic gymnast and Venus and Serena Williams, professional tennis players. This is the third time that Danica Patrick has won the Kids’ Choice Award for Favorite Female Athlete.
“This is a huge award for me. Kids mean so much. When I meet you, when I see you at the racetrack and you cheer for me, it means more than anything else. It’s a huge honor next to obviously all the other girls in this category. They all kick butt, stated Danica while accepting the award.
